around your schedule often making pick-ups, deliveries and estimates
after hours and on weekends.
- Customers own fabric is gladly accepted and we can suggest outlets and
online stores. This will give you unlimited styles and designs to choose
from.
- Your furniture is stripped to the frame. Ladd Upholstery Designs will
never cover over the old fabric. No "short cuts." are ever taken. Removing
the old fabric is the only way to check your padding, springs and frame
joints.
- Ladd Upholstery Designs gives you a unique lifetime guarantee on our
craftsmanship.
- Your furniture is not picked up until we’re ready to do it. But we will store
your piece if needed.
- Ladd Upholstery Designs works in a timely and organized fashion.
Usually a two week turnaround from the time we pick up your furniture to
the time we deliver it.
- Ladd performs all work. Ladd Upholstery Designs does not subcontract.
- Your furniture will not leave Ladd Upholstery Designs workroom without
Rose's seal of approval.
- You will receive an estimate before we pick-up your piece.
- Ladd Upholstery Designs is a custom shop. We tailor your furniture to fit
you.
